Hi, this is Berrin from Ragic. Today I’m going to show you how to do a mail merge in Ragic. you can download reports of individual entries in customized Excel format in Ragic. to do this, you can click on “Tools” and “Mail Merge”. this will show you that you can have a template that you can modify in Excel, and then upload into Ragic. let’s click “Download Template”. when you download this template, you’ll be able to modify it. let me just show you the template first. This is the template we just downloaded from Ragic. you can actually play around with this and modify it as you want, and upload it back to Ragic. let me do a cutscene [while making my edits] I made some changes to my template, and added a logo as well as changing the formatting a little bit to make it look neater. Now all I have to do is save this, and upload it back to Ragic. Now I’m adding my existing template and choose the Excel file I just created. when you do this you can choose to download only one entry by clicking here [on the template title] or you can go back to your listing page to download multiple entries in the same template. let’s just download one entry first as you can see, my fields have populated from my database, in the template I created. if we go back to our sales orders [listing page] you can download all of your entries under your database. You can also filter these results and download accordingly. We’re just going to download all of them with the mail merge tool, and click on our saved template and download all of the entries. this will download a zip file to your computer that contains all of the excel files. that contains your entries, in the template you uploaded. You can upload as many [mail merge] templates as you want.
