How to see impedance on the ground electrode when using jumpers

Hey! Kurt Othmer from EEG Info and I want to show you
something I just learned about this new connection that we’re
doing the two-channel connections for the NeuroAmp. When you have the jumpers in and you turn on the impedance meter now
first of all you’ll see these two red lights here because I have no connection but despite having no connection I have 3 perfectly green lights here on the NeuroAmp and if I put them in the water we have all greens here now this is a problem I wanna know the impedance for my ground
electrode so the way to do this is to actually remove both of these
plugs here in the minuses and now notice when I put these in the water I get a reading Just on 3 active electrodes. It’s perfect right
now because it’s in water with salt in it so they’re perfect connections but this
is an actual read so as that connection gets worse you notice
those lights start to drop and that’s a cool tech tip here from EEG Info.
