It is a device weighing about 5 kg which is mainly intended for MMA welding. It can be welded quite professionally using the TIG method, but it should be remembered that we start and stop welding using the Lift technique. There is a main switch on the back of the device. Generally, when it comes to the way this device works, during use I found that it works at a very high level. I have repeatedly welded using this device in forced positions, for example in 4 g at a 45-degree angle, and to be honest I have never had a problem with maintaining a correct welding arc. I say therefore opposition 4 g at an angle of 45 degrees because from the welding institute’s point of view It is the most difficult when it comes to welding sheet metal When I welded with electrodes with a 4 mm rod diameter, the device from my point of view works sensational without any decrease in power. I will only add that the manufacturer ensures that the maximum duty cycle of the device is over 60% I like this device very much the fact that at idle it is practically inaudible while when we start welding a quite noisy rotor turns on which intensively works cooling the device I also really like the fact that the welder’s housing is made of plastic, thanks to which it is safer for the user, despite this the manufacturer devotes a lot in the instructions on the proper operation of the equipment. And when it comes to TIG welding using this device, you need to buy a handle that allows you to supply shielding gas to the nozzle , bypassing the device. Personally, I think that tig-lift is a little harder than a professional method because during welding we can, for example, damage the tip of the tungsten electrode, which will negatively affect the welding process and the quality of the weld, And on the other hand if we compare TIG Lift Scratch then TIG Lift is an easier technique Because these Scratch is carried out on the principle of full rubbing when welding starts. I once had a problem during TIG welding with the Lift technique with the correct welding stop because I always had a dark spot on the weld pool at the end which is proof that the weld pool was incorrectly protected by a gas shield. with time and practice, the technique of endings until I worked at least to a satisfactory. Nowadays, welding devices that are called by some economics work quite similar to those that are branded so from my point of view nothing bad can be said about them. However, if I would carry out a comparative test in the field, i.e. on a power generator and on long welding cables, then probably my economical welder or MacAllister would be useless. At the same time I am convinced with 100% certainty that the Kemppi welder will work in these conditions sensationally. With a small loss of power and those of you who worked on such equipment in the field conditions know what I am talking about. And here the question arises about the topic of today’s movie. Is whether this welder is worth the money? From my point of view, it should be a little cheaper. But on the other hand, won’t we save If we buy one good quality equipment that will serve us for years. I have one more question about this topic, would I buy this equipment for my own use again? Well, the answer to this question from my point of view is not clear because if you need garage equipment where I weld once in a while briefly weld then from my point of view there is no point spending money. On expensive equipment that does not work also destroys. and on the other hand, if we need equipment for professional welding, for example in field conditions on a power generator and on long cables, from my point of view it is better to buy professional equipment.
